a headstart on getting back to work from paradise x.x

Okay today’s events will be split to 2 parts: School and Neopets. I mean yeah, I take Neopets freaking seriously hahah. I am an old kid of the block in there So this post is on school first: Today we had our MIEC group meeting. So good thing is everyone is in a better mood, cracked jokes as compared to the last time. We picked to do an article on the GSS (Great Singapore Sales) and we had quite a good meeting, I must admit. We managed to cover up to about price elasticity. You see, the thing about the MIEC (microeconomics) project (which is called Share & Discover) requires us to take a newspaper clipping and apply what we have learnt to analyse the article. The ironic good thing is if you are the first team, you have less to present, cause what you will next week is definitely more than what you learnt this week, you know? So since our group was sabotaged by the class, we are feeling it is more of a blessing. I mean we only have to do our analysis up to where we stopped for current lectures, where as the last group has to do it to like what we have learnt in total. Thank goodness! So the more the lecturers go through, the more the last few teams are at bigger trouble and stress to add it in to their analysis of their chosen articles. Anyways, we stopped at elasticity, cause 1) it is the holiday mood still, so all of us are still thinking of paradise and 2) we completely kinda forgot on what we learnt. So brillant me (MWHAHAHAHAHA) ame up with the idea that we should continue the part of cost and production and perfect competition later when school starts. By then it is easier to recap and enjoy the last few days of holidays. Speaking of last few days of holidays, I haven’t finished my homework hahaha. So has most of my MIEC group members. Especially Bing Hua. OMG, he was so funny cause he didn’t even realised there was holiday assignments =D LOL!! And then there is Pei Sheng, who says today after the meeting, he is going to rush through all the assignments. Like that will happen.. okay it WILL happen when you start doing them last minute hahaha!!! I really regretted not doing my homework finished last week, cause there is ACIII now x.x oh wells, going to spend tomorrow to do them, so I get to enjoy sat and sunday. And tomorrow is a nice day to do it, cause I would have recapped most of my studies by then hahaha. Just came back from VivoCity. Wow, I miss that place hahaha. Mum bought Australian ox tail, my favourite =) !!!! She is going to teach me how to cook my favourite stew, so that at least I have some comfort food when I grow up. See, the neopetsgeek-runner-bookworm-nerd still has hope in cooking AT LEAST 1 dish. hahahah!!! Okay going to blog about the Neopets event now. See other post later!
