hELLOW everyONe… bag-o lang ko nag-gaduate sa dela cerna.. few days after i knew about the reshuffled groupings i began to feel significantly low level of interest and pleasure to almost all kinds of activities, even taking care of my fish and surfing the internet which i used to do was something i dont find enjoying to do already soon i realized that i loss my weight of about 5%, i guess this was because i dont feel like being hungry and falling asleep is a major difficulty for me; My energy hit rock bottom a few days after and that all day i spend my time staring blankly on the ceiling or at the distance; on top of that, i feel like im worthless and i had trouble making decisions on my own, frequently i was thinking that it would be a lot satisfying to end my life. Thats when my family decided to have me seen with a psychiatrist, the doctor suggested confining me to dela cerna hospital, though it was hard for my family, i ended up staying for a week in the hospital… so here i am, all back to normal all thanks to diazepam (valium) hahahaha DRAMATIC kaayu noh!!!!! i guess is the worst thing that could happen to us if our section is reshuffled. thank God wala na bungkag ang DIEGO REPUBLIC even though na wala na ang duty group- but it doesnt matter that much, we’ll see each other anyway!!!! yahooOO!! God bless sa tanan P.S. wala ko nagka-MDD ha, joke ra ni… oh atleast na refresh ang tanan sa psychia. hehehe
