Rainy 4th of July~~~ no fireworks in the Canyon or the nearby towns because of fire safety measures This is so nice! I’ve never seen local papers do this before. At a Native American fair in Tusayan. On the right is the state flag of Arizona. Doing the Native dance. Look at the rain in the background. Because of the downpour, we had to stay indoors to watch the parade. T_T At Grand Canyon Airlines. A forest somewhere between Yavapai and Bright Angel. The trees here are so tall that even my wide-angle camera can’t capture them. One of the rare chances to touch the top of a tree. Everything looks prettier in America… And the sky seems a lot closer to me..but I wonder if it’s because of the elevation at Grand Canyon (around 7,000 feet). BBQ at the SMU peeps’ apartment. All the students from Singapore are slowly leaving one group by one group. It’ll be my turn soon…and I have to say I actually don’t miss Singapore at all…maybe except for the food.
