Hihi USA (20)
My very last day in Grand Canyon..with us in the photo is Gregg and he has a super funny joke about his name. “My parents stutter.” He knows how to say ‘peace’ in like 50 languages or something. Ashton Kutcher/Justin Timberlake lookalike Greg. Brad, the bartender-turned-manager. It’s sooo hard to talk to him. I have to like bend my neck perpendicularly upwards. Julia, the super nice lead server in the morning and her boyfriend is actually the chef. Greg shoved his entire ass into my seat. BA breakfast rocks!!! The potato + steak + eggs all taste fabulous. Eduardo - always a kid at heart. Byeee Grand Canyon..on our way to Phoenix..with our luggages swaying precariously behind the car. This photo sucks but I wanted to show that the moon in USA looks SUPER BIG. It’s ZOMG HUGE. Mexican dinner in Phoenix. Apparently this beer can only be found in Mexico or Mexican restaurants. It tastes okayy…but I don’t really like beer so my judgement is baseless. Very nice!! Hiiii morning Phoenix. Copper Square is the ‘happening’ area of Phoenix..it’s a pity I didn’t get to come here at night. Breakfast at The Good Egg was super yummy. Welcome to the best gift shop on earth..this shop sells EVERYTHING. Phoenix’s outlet mall with names like GAP, Tommy Hilfiger, Nike, Ralph Lauren, Levi’s etc etc. Who reads ‘Shopaholic’? If you do you should find this familiar…this is Becky Bloomwood’s favourite mall along with Saks, Bloomingdales, and Barneys. Inside Macy’s. Yes, it’s wayyy cheaper in USA, but the saying that F21 is to USA what ‘This Fashion’ is to Singapore is FALSE. It’s still wayyyy better than This Fashion. Sky-high petrol prices. Our second day at Phoenix..this is Arizona Mills shopping mall. Not a soft toy. There used to be one in Singapore if my memory serves me well. As always..good food. Before leaving Phoenix..the guys playing around in the hotel. It was Heng Kia’s birthday and for his birthday wish he requested for Zhi Wei to be crushed. And oh I have to mention this..we stayed in Quality Inn and it’s fantastic!!!! Well worth every single cent. It’s almost as good as a 4-star hotel. Okayy byee Phoenix off to Los Angeles~
