The sun! The sand! The sea!

Ahhh finally. Michiko is fixed and raring to go. The poor baby needed to be serviced and lately I had to beg/borrow/steal from my brother the use of his laptop. But now I’m back on the online world. Yessah. Ok…nothing much really. What do people do online anyway but chat and watch tv?? Even Facebook has lost its appeal. Tsk Anyways, this is long overdue. My fantastic-super-fabulous-exhilarating weekend getaway trip to Redang post! Woot! Gone on the 2nd, back on the 5th! And it was oh-so-gooood. I mean seriously. The water was blue! Like blue you painted as a kid kind of blue! It was soooo clear you could see the bottom of the ocean! The coral reefs were gorgeous! The fishes were plentiful! The sand! OMG the sand was soft and fine like powder. And the sun was just heavenly! I could go on forever, but nah…pictures tell more. Our chalet was wonderful! It had a little loft and an awesome view of the sea which you could look out from the porch! It was so nice and cosy. And snorkeling. I love snorkeling! We even got to see a shipwreck and that, my friend, is damn freaking cool. Sigh. We left our hearts in Redang. Awesome trip with 4 awesome babes. Right now, I just want to be an island girl. Nina and Kat got converted from urbanites to islanders as well. Perfect to relax and wash worries away. The sun the sand the sea. What more could you ask for?
